Jessica had been the head of the stock affairs office of Mitac-Synnex Group, a multinational business group, for 28 years. Mitac-Synnex comprises of numerous listed and OTC Companies, venture capital firms, public and non-public companies. Its business ranges from the computer, consumer electronics, IT distribution channel, system integration, software development, petrochemicals, special gas, food, etc. Therefore, Jessica has accumulated abundant experiences in managing the operations related to both shareholder and BOD meetings, stock affairs, such as registration of company, information disclosure, capital increase/decrease, IPOs, M&As and overseas Chinese and foreigners’ investment..
